Beehive Online Solutions was founded in 2007, with the specific aim of providing Customer Communication Management (CCM) services and solutions to the SA and African market.

Our knowledge of Customer Experience Management combined with the understanding of Digital Transformation supported by strong integration, project management, strategic consulting as well as technical expertise delivers solutions to our clients that meet and exceed their expectations.

We have a track record in successfully implementing CCM solutions and services and managing large accounts in the SA market, either directly or on behalf of partners.
